Data Retention Policy
Pramania keeps data only as needed to provide the workspace, generate user-requested materials, maintain security, resolve support or billing disputes, and preserve minimum audit-safe records for credits, quota, accounting, and abuse prevention.
Editable profile drafts, profile facts, and uploaded sources
User-controlled while account is active; deletion requests are reviewed for deletion or minimization where no quota, dispute, or security dependency exists.

Generated master resumes and non-submitted drafts
Deletable when no quota, dispute, account-support, or audit dependency requires retention.

Application records, quota events, credit ledger, and billing evidence
Retain minimal audit-safe evidence for quota, fraud, accounting, and dispute handling.

Security incidents, audit events, and admin notes
Retain for security operations, incident response, abuse prevention, and future audit evidence.

Deletion And Minimization
Deletion requests start as privacy requests in the app. Editable profile data, uploaded sources, and non-submitted drafts are candidates for deletion when no dependency exists. Application, credit, quota, security, payment-entitlement, and audit records may instead be minimized or retained where needed for support, accounting, fraud, dispute, or legal review.
